justify;\">\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u662f\u6307\u98ce\u5bf9\u7ed3\u6784\u65bd\u52a0\u7684\u538b\u529b\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u4eba\u7c7b\u8212\u9002\u5ea6\u3002\u9ad8\u800c\u7ec6\u957f\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u5bf9\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u7279\u522b\u654f\u611f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u529b\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u59a5\u5584\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ed3\u6784\u5931\u6548\uff0c\u5371\u53ca\u4eba\u7c7b\u751f\u547d\u30022013\u5e74\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u69df\u57ce\u7684\u707e\u96be\uff0c\u5373\u4e2d\u8def\u5deb\u7d71\u5927\u5ec8\uff08Menara Umno\uff09\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u5f3a\u98ce\u66b4\uff0c\u4e00\u6839\u5927\u578b\u907f\u96f7\u9488\u4ece21\u5c42\u9ad8\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u9876\u90e8\u5760\u843d\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e78\u538b\u6b7b\u4e86\u6b63\u5728\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7684\u4e00\u540d\u7537\u5b50\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u632f\u52a8\u6216\u6447\u6643\u4f1a\u4f7f\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u9ad8\u5c42\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u3002\u9002\u5f53\u8003\u8651\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u5bf9\u98ce\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u5728\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u8212\u9002\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u7684\u53d8\u5316<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u968f\u7740\u7ed3\u6784\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u800c\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u5728\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u98ce\u901f\u6700\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u98ce\u901f\u5448\u6307\u6570\u589e\u957f\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7ed3\u6784\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5206\u6790\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8003\u8651\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u5c31\u8d8a\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u572850\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u662f\u51c6\u7a33\u6001\u5047\u8bbe\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u5047\u8bbe\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u575a\u56fa\u4e14\u4e0d\u6613\u5f2f\u66f2\uff0c\u98ce\u4f1a\u65bd\u52a0\u6052\u5b9a\u7684\u4fa7\u5411\u529b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8fbe200\u7c73\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u548c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u957f\u5ea6\u7684\u6865\u6881\uff0c\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6307\u5357\uff08MS1553:2002\uff09\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u5357\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u8ba1\u7b97\u98ce\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u8bf8\u5982\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3001\u98ce\u901f\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u548c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u89c4\u8303\u7b49\u672c\u5730\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6307\u5357\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6d77\u6d0b\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u5927\u578b\u6865\u6881\u6216\u8f93\u7535\u5854\u7b49[1]\u3002<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u4e3b\u8981\u7cfb\u7edf\u6240\u9700\u62b5\u6297\u7684\u6700\u5c0f\u98ce\u529b\u5e94\u7b49\u4e8e\u81f3\u5c110.65 kN\/m\u00b2\u4e58\u4ee5\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u6216\u7ed3\u6784\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u4e8e\u98ce\u5411\u7684\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u6240\u770b\u5230\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u3002<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u5f53\u5ffd\u7565\u8003\u91cf\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\u65f6\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: (Frontal Area)\uff1a\u7ed3\u6784\u6b63\u9762\uff08\u8fce\u98ce\u9762\uff09(windward side) \u627f\u53d7\u6b63\u538b\uff0c\u800c\u76f8\u5bf9\u7684\u80cc\u98ce\u9762 (leeward) \u5219\u627f\u53d7\u8d1f\u538b\u3002<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>\u5730\u5f62\u548c\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883<\/strong><br \/>\u50cf\u6811\u6728\u3001\u5c71\u4e18\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7b49\u969c\u788d\u7269\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4f1a\u6270\u4e71\u98ce\u6d41\u3002\u5728\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7ecf\u5386\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u98ce\u8377\u8f7d\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u7a7a\u65f7\u7684\u91ce\u5916\u5219\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u98ce\u529b\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p
