Ar. Azizul Azwar Bin Abd Aziz

Ar. Azizul Azwar Bin Abd Aziz is a professional architect with over 15 years of architecture design experience, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), with a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons). His field of expertise includes design development, project management, green building, and data digitalisation in building surveys.

He is a Certified Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF), demonstrating his commitment to sustainable design and environmentally responsible architecture. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the profession, he was honoured as a Recipient of PAM’s 40 under 40 Award, which celebrates the achievements of promising young architects in Malaysia.

After graduation, he worked in both the private sector—serving architectural consulting firms and developers—and the government sector with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). This extensive background has equipped him with unique skills and insights covering the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design to project implementation, while ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, safety, and business strategies.

Beyond his professional work, Ar. Azizul is an active member of PAM (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia), frequently participating in PAM events at the international level collaborating with other ASEAN architects. Driven by his enthusiasm and passion for nurturing young professionals, he actively mentors aspiring architects in preparation for Malaysia’s professional architectural examinations.
