A local affordable housing scheme with 333 townhouses built on 16 acres land with mixed typologies of residential buildings like bungalows, semi-detached houses, terrace houses and low cost apartments being planned and built on the 174 acres site. The housing scheme is a PPA1M project collaborating with a private developer which is part of the Public-Private Partnership initiative. The affordable housing aims to create a liveable and living environment for government servants.
