IPM proudly hosted the visit by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) at the IPM office, located at Selangor, Malaysia (Central Region). The visit was accompanied by Pn Nuramalina (Director of Franchise Development and Direct Selling Division) and the other 3 officers. The visit is a ‘Turun Padang’ initiative that enables franchise industry players to provide practical views and recommendations to the ministry about the coming planning and development of the franchise industry.
